Knowledge of negotiating, drafting, and interpreting Space Act Agreements with domestic and foreign entities; compliance with export-import control regulations; and partnering arrangements with commercial organizations. Knowledge related to intellectural property law and commercialization of NASA activities, in addition to policy, legislative drafting, negotiating and drafting agreements, and providing legal advice and reviews.
