Knowledge of how to provide objective evaluation of Agency
standards and operation through use of inspection and
investigation techniques and compliance audits.
Understanding of how to assess risk, evaluate evidence,
design and conduct inquiries such as inspections and
investigations, and make recommendations to prevent, detect
or solve crime, fraud, waste and abuse and ensure efficient
Agency operations. Involves understanding of how to
communicate information to constituents, including Agency
leadership and management, employees, and Congress.
