Knowledge required to develop functional and overall Center requirements including fit of specific facility needs and requirements as well as workflow and long-term scheduling. Includes knowledge required to coordinate and incorporate the necessary facilities and other building and infrastructure to satisfy all functional, institutional needs to meet mission requirements. Specialized knowledge of transportation modeling as well as broad aspects of community interface for emergency services and other requirements of large complex industrial installations.
