Title dc:title A name given to the resource. String  
Creator dc:creator Name of an entity primarily responsible for making the content of the resource. String  
Creator Affiliation dc:creator.affiliation Name of the organization employing a creator.   Provided to allow browsing by 'organization', so we can capture organizational affiliation when there are multiple authors with different affiliations. If all authors work for the organization named in the publisher field, then this data can be omitted.
Subject dc:subject The topic of the content of the resource. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Subject Categories.  
Description dc:description An account of the content of the resource. String  
Publisher dc:publisher An entity responsible for making the resource available. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Organizations.  
Date dc:date Date the resource was 'published'. Date, use format yyyy-mm-dd For browsing by date, a simple publication date is all that is needed.
Type dc:type The nature or genre of the content of the resource. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Content Types.  
Format dc:format File format of the resource. String conforming to Internet Media Types (e.g. application/pdf).  
Identifier dc:identifier URL or other document identifiers for the resource. String  
Coverage dc:coverage Spatial location(s) that are a topic of the resource. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Locations.  
Audience dcterms:audience A class of entity for whom the resource is intended or useful. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Audiences.  
Access Rights dcterms:accessRights Information about who can access the resource or an indication of its security status. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Access Rights which was based on Baseline Information Technology (IT) Security Requirements.  
Language dc:language Human language(s) of the content of the resource. String conforming to RFC 3066  
Rights dc:rights Information about rights held in and over the resource. String Typically this is a copyright statement.
Missions and Projects nasa:missionsProjects Names of missions and/or projects that are a topic of the content of the resource. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Missions and Projects  
Industries nasa:industries Names of industry sectors that are a topic of the content of the resource. Values come from taxonomy: NAICS 2002 (North American Industrial Classification System).  
Competencies nasa:competencies Names of vocational or technical specialties that are relevant to the content of the resource. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Competencies, which was derived from : CMS-DOC-01. Workforce Competency Dictionary. Revision 4. Washington, DC: NASA Office of Human Resources, 7/21/2003  
Instruments nasa:instruments Names of instruments and/or platforms that are a topic of the content of the resource. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Instruments, based on PDS Instrument class hierarchy.  
Business Purpose nasa:businessPurpose Names of business purposes for which the content of the resource was prepared. Values come from taxonomy: NASA Business Purposes, adapted from NASA AFS (Archive Filing System).  
Keywords nasa:keywords Descriptors for the content for which no equivalent exists in any of the controlled vocabularies. String
